Load time (too many slow loading graphics and you're out) 4. Content, and its value to our users (high priority) 5. Web Site maintenance. Broken links and/or out-of-date material is not acceptable. 6. Value of exchange (high priority) If the link is considered, by us, to be an equal exchange in value, your request will be granted. Most will not qualify, because of commercial content or links to other sources offering products or services for which they expect to be paid. We are providing a service for which we also expect and deserve to be paid for providing. 7. If your WebsSite is selected, we will notify you when a link to your Web Site is made. A reciprocal link is expected within a reasonable length of time. If you feel it is important for your site to be linked to this site, consider purchasing a Banner or Text Link on the site. Prices for these services are listed on the Advertisers Page No reciprocal link is required or expected, since we would be getting paid for our services. We reserve the right to refuse any request, for any reason we consider not beneficial or in the best interest of our Web Sites or those who use them.
